The Sanford Lurie Community Scholars and Fellows program is part of a valued relationship between Yeshiva University's Center for the Jewish Future and The Jewish Center. This program is made possible through support from family and friends of Sanford Lurie and a generous grant from Yeshiva University. The Sanford Lurie Scholars and Fellows study daily in The Jewish Center Beit Midrash and are involved in all aspects of synagogue life, including study opportunities with our members. Under the leadership of Rosh Kollel Rabbi Yehuda Willig, the program serves to foster Torah scholarship and encourage communal leadership.
