As many New Yorkers are now eligible to receive the covid-19 vaccine, we would like to help as many people as possible navigate the system and schedule appointments for vaccination. Please check this page often as we will update it with new information as it becomes available.

New Yorkers can also call 877 VAX 4NYC (NYC sites) or 833-697-4829 (NYS sites including Javits). Please note that there may be delays. Additional appointments become available everyday so be sure to call early in the morning. The phone system opens daily at 8am and we are told that it will soon be open 24 hours a day. Sometimes the operators will have appointments that are not available on the website.

We are pleased to share that we have set up a tip hotline (please note that this is not a hotline for advice). If you have information about available appointments or other resources that may be valuable to members of the community, please let us know so that we can help others. Vaccine Eligibility

Tips

• New caches of available appointments open up regularly. If you’re not able to find availability, you can of course try other sites. Also try the same site late in the evening or early in the morning. 
• Smaller sites (rather than large hospitals) are less likely to be overwhelmed.
• To the extent possible, book a slot earlier in the day. Vaccination sites can become crowded by the evening. Some people have been turned away.
• Be sure to book an appointment for your second dose of the vaccine. 
• Many sites add new availability at midnight and/or 8am. Try finding availability then.
• If you find availability for appointment this month, please let us know so we can share the information with others.

Thanks to a group of wonderful volunteers, we have created a JC vaccine task force to help ensure that everyone has the help they need to make appointments.
