Please join Joey Zimet, EdM, MS, for a special Postural Therapy Movement Class on Tuesday, January 18 at 8:30 am. The goal of the class is to teach you the tools – postural stretches and exercises - to stand or sit up straight, walk with efficiency and balance, and breath more naturally and optimally.
It's designed to leave you feeling light, bouncy, and springy!
