Dear Friends,

As we enjoy the Summer here at The Jewish Center, thoughts are turning to the forthcoming High Holiday season.

The holidays arrive this year as follows:

            Rosh Hashanah – Tuesday and Wednesday, September 7th & September 8th
            Yom Kippur - Wednesday evening and Thursday September 15th & September 16th
             Succot – Tuesday & Wednesday September 21st & 22nd
               Shemini Atzeret/Simchat Torah - Tuesday & Wednesday September 28th & 29th

The Jewish Center is offering three locations for High Holiday services, in the Main Sanctuary, the Parallel Service in the Auditorium and a Rooftop service.  Each service will be equally motivating and inspiring. Rabbi Yosie Levine and Rabbi Eliezer Buechler will deliver sermons to each minyan on alternating days of Yom Tov. Chazzan Jonathan Green, will lead our services in the Main Sanctuary. Jonathan Rimberg will lead the services in the Auditorium.

In keeping with our current covid guidelines, masks will be optional for all vaccinated individuals. Unvaccinated individuals will be required to wear masks. We will make accommodations for those who are unvaccinated. Unvaccinated children, old enough to sit for services, can sit with their parents with a mask. 

We are working with the best data available to us. Should the situation or guidelines change between now and Rosh Hashanah, we will of course keep you apprised.
