High Holiday Forms
Dear Jewish Center Member,
As you are enjoying the summer at The Jewish Center, our thoughts are already turning to the forthcoming High Holiday season. The holidays arrive this year as follows:
Rosh Hashanah – Tuesday & Wednesday, September 23rd & 24th
Yom Kippur - Wednesday & Thursday, October 1st & 2nd
Sukkot – Tuesday & Wednesday October 7th & 8th
Shemini Atzeret/Simchat Torah - Tuesday & Wednesday October 14th & 15th
As in years past, The Jewish Center is offering two locations for High Holiday services: in the Main Sanctuary and the Parallel Service in the Auditorium. Each service will be equally motivating and inspiring. Rabbi Yosie Levine and Rabbi Yehuda Goldberg will deliver sermons to each minyan on alternating days of Yom Tov. Chazzan Jonathan Green, will lead our services in the Main Sanctuary. Jonathan Rimberg will once again lead the services in the Auditorium.

As a reminder High Holidays seats will be assigned only after any outstanding financial arrangements are complete. The Board of Trustees passed a resolution requiring that open balances be paid in full or that suitable payment arrangements be made with The Jewish Center office prior to assigning seating. Please contact Polina Berdich, at 212 724-2700 x 101 to make a payment or to arrange a payment schedule.
The Jewish Center will once again be publishing our Yizkor Book. If you wish to include the name of a loved one, the form is easily accessible by clicking here. If you prefer you can find a printable copy of the form here. The deadline for inclusion in the Yizkor Book is August 25th.
The Jewish Center will be arranging for Lulavim and Etrogim. We have both a standard and mehudar available. You can find the order form here. If you prefer you can find a printable copy of the form here. Orders are due by Thursday September 25th.
